- Breaking down and preparing beef, pork, lamb, and poultry

Producing high-quality cuts to customer specifications

Maintaining excellent knife skills and productivity levels

Working efficiently as part of a production team
- Previous experience as a butcher working with multiple species

Strong knife skills and carcass breakdown experience

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
