Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 OTE
Hours: Monday – Saturday, Alternate Sundays with agreed day off in the week

What You'll Be Doing
- Helping customers find the perfect new or used vehicle to suit their needs
- Building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets
- Promoting finance, insurance and additional products where appropriate
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge across a diverse vehicle range
What We're Looking For
- Automotive Sales Experience is a must
- Proven track record of delivering results in a target-driven environment
- Confident, professional and well-presented
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Full clean UK manual driving licence (essential)
