SWIMTANK is looking for dedicated Swimming Teachers wanting to join probably the most fantastic team of swimming teachers at the following locations:
HAMPSTEAD GARDEN SUBURB - NW11 6EJ - (starting 16 June 2026 )
Monday: 3.30pm - 7.30pm
Wednesday: 3.30pm - 7.30pm
Thursday: 3.30pm - 7.30pm
MILL HILL - NW7 1QA - (starting 6 September 2026)
Sunday: 9.00am - 4.00pm
Hampstead - NW3 - (starting September 2026)
Monday: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Tuesday: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Wednesday: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Thursday: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Friday: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Saturday: 12.00pm - 5.00pm
Sunday: 12.00pm - 5.00pm
The ideal candidate should be a qualified swimming teacher, have plenty of teaching experience and previously been a club level or competitive swimmer.
What SWIMTANK is looking for:
SWIMTANK always looks for teachers who come from a competitive swimming background, with experience and who are willing to follow the SWIMTANK unique programme.
SWIMTANK is a stroke based swim school focusing on teaching children the correct technique, resulting in beautiful strokes from the beginning of their swimming journey.
Our main focus is 1:1 lessons and 2:1 lessons which we have at all our pools.

The person that is chosen to fill these positions will be required to do training before the commencement of the position. This training is paid for at the national minimum wage.
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to adapt to the SWIMTANK unique method of teaching
- Conduct swim lessons for individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and progress
- Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the swimming area and equipment
Skills:
- SWIMTANK prides it's self in employing ex competitive / ex club level swimmers
- Must have an ASA swim qualification Level 2, level 1 will be considered.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of ALL swimming strokes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to motivate and encourage children
- Ability to demonstrate proper techniques and provide clear instructions to students
