Water Hygiene Technician

As a Water Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out water hygiene monitoring tasks and reactive disinfection works to comply with ACOP L8 and HTM04-01 standards and ensure all contractual obligations meet with the client’s requirements.

As a Water Hygiene Technician, you will be:
- Carrying out all water hygiene & legionella monitoring tasks and disinfection works, in line with company procedures and method statements.
- Ensuring compliance of all service contracts with client requirements, scope and specification and maintaining service contract records.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are followed and recorded and are complete and accurate.
- Ensuring all arrangements for service visits with clients are made in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information for invoicing of all services provided by the service department.
- Effectively use the Microsoft Office package and bespoke software/databases.
Desirable qualifications/experience:
- A basic understanding of water systems and ACOP L8 requirements.
Essential qualifications/experience:
- A basic understanding of water hygiene contracts and required skills to complete works safely and to required standards.
