Location: Harbourfront
Salary: Competitive + tips + treasure (well… performance bonuses!)
Hours: Full-time, evenings & weekends included
Your Mission
As our Chef, you will:
- Craft bold, flavourful dishes that make guests shout, “Shiver me tastebuds!”
- Design and execute a pirate-themed menu featuring seafood, grilled meats, hearty stews, and vegetarian options.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen crew like a true captain.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, events, and special feasts.
- Keep calm under pressure—even during stormy dinner rushes!
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creativity with presentation and flavour.
- Ability to adapt recipes and accommodate dietary needs.
- Passion for themed dining and immersive guest experiences.
- A sense of fun—and willingness to occasionally say “Arrr!” (not mandatory, but encouraged)
