Duties
- Offer personalised advice and support tailored to client requirements, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Mentoring clients and colleagues, fostering development and confidence in decision-making processes
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation efficiently
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients via various channels, including email and phone calls
- Organise appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Stay informed about relevant industry updates and best practices to provide accurate and current advice
- Uphold organisational policies and procedures whilst working independently in a compliant manner
Qualifications
Diploma in financial planning as a minimum
Skills
- Proven mentoring abilities with a focus on nurturing growth and confidence in others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills
- Advisory experience with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Basic IT skills to navigate various software platforms efficiently
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective rejationship building
