An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Van Technician to join a well-established private independent garage in Radlett.
This role is ideal for someone with solid experience working on vans, alongside cars or light commercial vehicles, who is looking for a stable long-term role with flexibility for future progression.
A standout feature of this opportunity is the option to remain focused on cars and vans long-term, or receive full support and training into an HGV Technician pathway if that’s a direction you’d like to pursue.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Every other Saturday: Half day
- Optional early shift: 6:00am – 3:30pm
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing and repairs on vans and cars
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Routine inspections and maintenance
- Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Accurate job card and parts recording
- Maintaining tools and workshop equipment safely
- Following workshop health & safety procedures
About You
- Experience as a Vehicle Technician / Van Technician
- Must have previous hands-on experience working on vans
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Keen eye for detail and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Interest in progressing into HGV work is welcomed but not essential
