Catering24 is a family-run UK supplier of catering supplies, food packaging and catering equipment, serving businesses since 1992. We stock over 2,000 products - from paper cups and food containers to cleaning supplies and catering equipment.
Our customers include cafes, restaurants, hotels, food trucks, takeaways, event caterers and street food stalls across the UK. We pride ourselves on being there when they need us.
The role
We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our growing team. You'll be the voice of Catering24 for our customers - building relationships, supporting their needs and helping them get the most from our full product range. This is a role that blends great customer service with a genuine sales mindset. You will be handling inbound calls and emails from customers and be responsible for the growth of your own area.

What you'll be doing
- Building strong, professional relationships with customers over the phone
- Managing accounts with care, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Working with the external sales team to provide customers with the best service
- Proactively identifying opportunities for growth and upselling our full product range
- Processing customer orders and managing them through to completion
- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints
- Raising collections when necessary and sending samples to customers
- Working closely with the purchasing team to flag any stock issues
- Maintaining customer price files accurately
- Working collaboratively with the wider team, contributing to a great working environment

- Confidence in offering customers our full range of products
- Strong relationship-building skills over the phone
- A friendly, professional and positive attitude
