This 3x bedded children's home will be looking to support young people with EBD needs related to trauma, neglect and abuse.
This company has excelled in the supported living space for the past 11 years, with them currently operating 8x services for care leavers. After having been encouraged to open a children's home for the past 5 years, they have decided that now is the best time for them to expand their services and work closely with vulnerable young people.
This organisation has pre-built relationships with commissioners and local authorities across Croydon, Guildford and Surrey for a Registered Manager to step into and use to their advantage. ⭐ What you’ll need:
- 2 years of management experience in an Ofsted-regulated children's home
- Minimum of Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare with a willingness to become enrolled on and complete the Level 5 in Leadership and Management for residential childcare
- Full UK Driving License
