Store Manager Wanted – Wingers, Northwich
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Wingers restaurant at Northwich.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Your focus will include:
- Leading and developing your team
- Driving sales and controlling costs
- Delivering excellent guest service
- Managing rotas, labour, and productivity
- Maintaining food safety, health & safety, and brand standards
- Coaching team members to grow performance
- Creating a positive, high-energy culture in store
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or food service
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sales and profit
- High standards and attention to detail
- Calm under pressure in a busy trading environment
- Positive attitude with real ownership mentality
- Must be able to travel to site
Hours
- Store opening hours: 11:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
