We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide marketing support for our Manns and Eastern dealerships. This role focuses on delivering tailored marketing activities and communications to enhance brand consistency, support sales initiatives, and strengthen customer engagement at designated dealership locations.
Marketing Coordination & Support
- Work closely with the CLAAS Retail General Manager to design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide marketing support and promotional activities for franchise manufacturers’ products represented by the dealerships, ensuring alignment with CLAAS brand standards and dealership sales objectives.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for the designated dealerships, providing prompt advice, tailored materials, and campaign support aligned to their needs and sales goals including franchise product lines.
- Manage marketing databases and digital assets specific to the dealerships, ensuring up-to-date content and brand consistency across their local marketing channels for both CLAAS and franchise products.
- Support the creation and launch of local sales initiatives from concept through deployment covering all product ranges represented by the dealerships.
Digital Marketing & Communication
- Manage and develop digital communications and social media channels for the dealerships, creating localised content that supports customer engagement strategies deriving from both CLAAS and local dealer franchise products.
- Update and maintain website content related to the dealerships’ promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall CLAAS branding while incorporating franchise manufacturer marketing where appropriate.
- Coordinate SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and digital campaigns targeted specifically at the dealerships’ market areas, working with external vendors as required for all represented product ranges.
- Serve as the primary contact for all publications, booking advertising space and developing relationships with local journalists where appropriate.
- Prepare monthly articles, news updates, and dealership-specific success stories highlighting activities and achievements including franchise product highlights.
Shows, Events & Physical Marketing Activities
- Plan and coordinate local events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations in support of the dealerships, working alongside dealership teams to maximize brand presence and customer interaction for both CLAAS and franchise manufacturers’ products.
- Oversee customer events, handling logistics, hospitality, and demonstrations across all product lines.
- Support the dealerships in promoting their presence at regional agricultural events, ensuring efficient integration of CLAAS campaigns, franchise manufacturer promotions, and consistent brand presentation.
- Help develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty and enhance physical touchpoints specifically at dealership locations across all product portfolios.
Content Creation and Brand Compliance
- Create and proofread marketing content customised for the dealerships, ensuring brand guidelines and quality standards are rigorously adhered to for both CLAAS and franchise manufacturer lines.
- Monitor and ensure all marketing activities comply with CLAAS branding policies, franchise manufacturer requirements, and GDPR regulations.
General Administration & Communication
- Manage dealer-related marketing correspondence and requests, promptly responding to dealership queries across all product areas.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on invoicing and budget reconciliation related to marketing activities including franchise manufacturer products.
- Prioritize workload autonomously to deliver high-quality marketing activities on time within a dynamic environment covering all relevant brands.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role with a focus on dealer or partner support, preferably for small dealer groups or individual dealerships.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools such as social media, CMS, email platforms, SEO, and content creation including writing and editing.
- Experience organizing events and exhibitions tailored to dealer sales and branding requirements.
- Strong organisation skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, approachable style well suited to working closely with dealership teams.
- Knowledge of the Agricultural sector and franchise product portfolios is desirable to better align marketing efforts with local market realities.
- Awareness of GDPR and marketing compliance standards.
- Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to meet dealer-specific demands.
