Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our timber manufacturing and timber treatment operations across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical machinery.
- Troubleshoot complex breakdowns to machinery.
- Repair and maintain equipment using welding, electrical, and mechanical skills.
- Mentor and apprentice, providing guidance, support and training to help them grow in their engineering career.
- Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety standards and operational procedures are adhered to.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery and upgrades to existing systems.

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
