About the role
You will be supporting a small number of young people, helping to create a safe, consistent, and supportive home where they can thrive.
Every day is different, and your role will include:
- Supporting daily routines such as education, appointments, and activities
- Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
- Encouraging emotional regulation and positive behaviours
- Planning and taking part in engaging activities and experiences
- Promoting independence and life skills
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning
- Working in line with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and safeguarding standards
About you
We are looking for people who are:
- Passionate about supporting young people
- Calm, resilient, and able to manage challenging situations
- Nurturing, with clear and consistent boundaries
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- A driver (essential)
Experience in residential childcare is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with transferable skills from roles such as care, education, youth work, or support work.

Pay: £27,390.00-£28,762.50 per year
