Working closely with the Management team in the running of our new branch. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with management responsibilities. Barista experience is highly desirable as well. We will provide you with training and coaching in customer service, product knowledge and safe working practices.

What you will do
- Responsible for opening and closing duties, including cash-up procedures,
- Delivery checks and daily safety checks. You will assist the management team in
- Managing shifts, adhering to labour budgets and achieving targets
- Support training to maintain customer service standards

Working hours:
32-40 hours per week over 5 days. Weekends and Bank Holidays are part of normal working pattern.
