The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team.
You’ll create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment where every child can thrive.
As part of your role, you will:
- Support the delivery of high-quality care and early education
- Build positive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate learning activities
- Follow all safeguarding and child protection policies to ensure the safety of every child
- Maintain a clean, stimulating, and welcoming nursery environment in line with company standards
All positions at Bumbles Nursery are subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references, in line with our safeguarding and safer recruitment policies.

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (required)
- Have at least one year of experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
- Are passionate about providing high-quality care and learning opportunities for children
- Work well as part of a supportive team and take pride in maintaining excellent standards
Required Certificates
(These can also be completed through internal training after joining)
- Paediatric First Aid
- Safeguarding Children
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Between 7:30am and 6:00pm (shift patterns vary)
- No weekends
