Job Title: Senior Account Executive
Location: London, UK (2 days per week in office)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum + Commission
Due to rapid growth within the business, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our amazing team at Leep Talent, part of Leep Group! This is an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation making a difference within the community.
Our Senior Account Executives in our Recruitment Team drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation via permanent & contract (80%) and apprenticeship (20%) starts. Supported by our client development, marketing and apprenticeship resourcing functions, you will manage the start to end recruitment process, creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high quality candidates (perm & contract).
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetings and business development telephone calling. You will always promote the Leep Talent range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn’t fit.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve set activity & billing targets while also delivering on agreed objectives, generating success from sales calls and creating a talent pool of high quality candidates.
- Manage client relationships to the highest standard, effectively cross-selling all aspects of Leep Talent.
- Act as a brand champion for Leep Talent, using sales and communication skills to promote the business and work towards success.
- Maintain all relevant management information on our CRM, ensuring all processes and compliance procedures are followed to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to speak with lots of different types of clients in a professional manner.
- Solutions orientated, commercially astute and always seeking to improve own ability
- Experience in a similar role would be preferable but not essential.

Learner-facing roles that involve working directly with learners will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, including relevant barred list checks. The successful candidate must also complete all pre-employment vetting and will complete safeguarding training during their induction.
