As part of our continued growth, we are seeking GMC-registered doctors with a strong interest in hormone health and preventative medicine to join our expanding remote clinical team.
The Role
We are looking for experienced doctors with a special interest in:
- Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) / Men’s Health
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) / Women’s Health
- Preventative and lifestyle-focused healthcare
- Clinical interpretation of blood test results and patient reporting
This is a fully remote telehealth role offering flexible sessional work that can fit around existing NHS or private practice commitments.
The successful candidate will support patients throughout their treatment journey, from initial consultation and assessment through to prescribing, follow-up, optimisation, and ongoing monitoring.
We are also interested in clinicians who are comfortable reviewing and interpreting comprehensive blood test panels and producing clear, patient-friendly clinical reports and recommendations.
You will work within a supportive and clinically governed environment alongside an experienced administrative and operational team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations for patients seeking TRT or HRT support
- Review and interpret blood tests, medical histories, and symptom profiles
- Diagnose and manage hormone deficiencies in line with current BSSM, BMS, and NICE guidelines
- Develop personalised hormone treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, including injectable TRT protocols, transdermal therapies, and other evidence-based treatment options where clinically appropriate
- Prescribe and optimise TRT and HRT treatment protocols safely and effectively
- Review comprehensive blood test panels and provide clinically appropriate patient reports and recommendations
- Provide ongoing follow-up consultations and treatment optimisation
- Monitor treatment efficacy, symptom improvement, and potential side effects
- Maintain accurate and secure clinical records using our electronic medical records systems
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a high standard of patient care and experience
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance, patient safety, and evidence-based practice
- Stay up to date with developments in hormone health and telemedicine
Essential Requirements
- Full GMC registration with licence to practise
- UK-based doctor with post-qualification clinical experience
- Experience in General Practice, Men’s Health, Women’s Health, or related clinical settings
- Strong interest in hormone replacement therapy and preventative healthcare
- Excellent communication and remote consultation skills
- Confident using digital healthcare platforms and EMR systems
- Ability to work independently within a professional remote environment
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centred, and evidence-based care
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in TRT, HRT, menopause, or private hormone health clinics
- Experience interpreting comprehensive blood testing and wellness panels
- Experience supporting patients with weight management and GLP-1 therapies is advantageous, though not essential
- Experience delivering remote/telehealth consultations
- MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification
- Membership of relevant professional organisations such as BSSM or the British Menopause Society
- Experience working within a CQC-regulated environment
