- Support skilled technicians and tradespeople by handling basic tasks such as material handling, tool preparation, and equipment movement
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on workshop tools and machinery under supervision to ensure proper operation
- Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products with care and precision
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly
- Contribute to a team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues in completing daily objectives
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods throughout the work shift
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Basic understanding of workshop safety procedures and equipment handling
- Willingness to learn new skills quickly in a hands-on environment
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or maintenance is a plus but not required
