Sales Executive – Branded Appareal or Print Experience

Base Salary: Negotiable on experience & Uncapped commission

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to help grow our customer base within the workwear, PPE, branded clothing, and promotional print sector. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the workwear, garment decoration, print, embroidery, or promotional products industry and be confident generating new business opportunities while managing existing client accounts.
This role suits someone who is commercially minded, energetic, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to quotation, order, and aftercare
- Promote branded workwear, PPE, embroidery, print, and promotional solutions to businesses across multiple sectors
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on opportunities to maximise conversion rates
- Work closely with production and customer service teams to ensure smooth order delivery
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous sales experience within the workwear, branded clothing, embroidery, print, signage, promotional merchandise, or related industry
- Strong business development and account management skills
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone and face-to-face sales ability
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Full UK driving licence preferred
