The successful candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to providing exceptional quality for our customers. Working hours are afternoon into evening from 3.15pm to 11.45pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

To work within departmental Standard Operating Procedures
Maintain the pace of work in line with production needs in terms of filling bags and crates with products
Work with the Managers and wider Team to achieve the department targets
Ensure customer and company specifications are achieved
Work to a clean as you go policy, ensuring your work area is kept clean and tidy
Promote and maintain Health, Safety and Hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.
Be able to follow instructions and procedures
Be safety conscious
Have a flexible approach to work
Have a commitment to quality work and reliability
Be willing to gain new skills and experiences
Have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst also working as part of a team

Full training is provided, and there are many progression opportunities including undertaking butchery skills training
