We are flexible with this position - 1 Part time - 20 hours a week
Grounds & Garden Maintenance
- Maintain all landscaped and ornamental areas including flower beds, shrubs, borders, and hedgerows.
- Carry out seasonal planting, pruning, mulching, and general horticultural care.
- Ensure lawns and garden areas are kept to a high aesthetic standard.
- Maintain pathways, patio areas, and external clubhouse surroundings.
Plant & Soil Care
- Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Undertake appropriate treatments in line with environmental best practices.
- Prepare soil and planting areas, including fertilisation and composting.
Estate & Environmental Care
- Support sustainable land management practices, particularly within greenbelt and woodland areas.
- Assist with the care and preservation of natural habitats, including ancient woodland and wildlife areas.
- Maintain public footpaths and bridleways to a safe and presentable standard.
Equipment & Operations
- Safely operate and maintain horticultural tools and machinery.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, stored, and maintained properly.
- Follow all health & safety procedures and risk assessments.
Seasonal Duties
- Participate in seasonal projects such as planting displays, leaf clearance, and winter preparations.
- Assist with event set-up where landscaping presentation is required.
To ensure the regulations of the Health & Safety at Work Act are fully met, including COSHH, and comply with standard employee Health & Safety at Work responsibilities.
Must have a can do attitude.

Pay: £13,000.00-£14,924.00 per year
