Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (10am–6pm, year-round)
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for a graduate or early-career candidate looking to build experience in marketing, communications, events, and administration within a busy school environment.
Reporting to the Marketing & External Relations Manager, and working closely with the Registrar and wider team, you will play a key role in supporting the school’s marketing activity while also contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging content across social media and digital platforms
- Support marketing campaigns, publications, and events
- Assist with photography, video content, and promotional materials
- Update website and communications channels
- Provide front-of-house and administrative support, including reception cover
- Support admissions and general school operations when required
About You:
- A graduate or someone with relevant experience in marketing, communications or administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using social media and digital tools (e.g. Canva, Microsoft Office)
- A flexible, positive individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to muck in
- A team player who enjoys contributing to wider school life
