Job Description:
As a Bartender at Healing Manor Hotel and The Pig & Whistle, you will play a pivotal role in our hospitality team. Working across multiple bars, including those in private dining areas, the restaurant, the pub, and function bars, you will contribute to the vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service that defines our establishments. Reporting to the Restaurant Management team, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering incredible and welcoming customer service to all patrons.
- Working efficiently and effectively, especially during busy periods, to ensure prompt service.
- Demonstrating adaptability by working across various bar areas as required by the booking diary.
- Using common sense and initiative to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborating with colleagues to uphold the high standards of our beverage offerings.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills, whether you are an experienced bartender or new to the industry.
