Strong Recruitment Group are currently looking for a Project Manager on a contract to possible permanent basis located in Clydebank, Glasgow.
Candidate Specification:

Must have background experience in hard landscaping, civils and/or groundworks.

Project manage repairs and maintenance contracts
-
Carry out site visits and inspections
-
Use SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes effectively
-
Allocate and issue jobs to operatives each morning

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance activities
The hourly / day rate is negotiable and payment is weekly, every Friday.
