We’re looking for a passionate Newly Qualified Speech & Language Therapist to join our growing team in a flexible part-time role (2–3 days per week), with opportunities to develop and grow over time.

What you’ll be doing
- Delivering neuroaffirming, strengths-based Speech & Language Therapy support
- Supporting children, young people, and/or adults depending on service need and your interests
- Contributing to assessments, therapy planning, and intervention delivery
- Working collaboratively with families, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals
- Developing confidence in clinical reasoning, report writing, and collaborative practice
- Managing a realistic and well-supported caseload
- Receiving regular supervision, mentoring, and professional support
Some travel within Peterborough/Linconshire and surrounding areas is required, but travel is regionally planned with flexibility wherever possible.

- HCPC registered (or due to register) Speech & Language Therapist
- Newly qualified or early in your career
- Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice

Pay: £31,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
