About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Van Driver / Operations Associate to join our growing team. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-bike and e-scooter logistics services across Liverpool. You will work closely with the team to ensure vehicles are deployed efficiently and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vans safely and responsibly.
- Swap batteries on e-bikes and e-scooters.
- Move and reposition bikes and scooters between locations.
- Collect damaged or low-battery vehicles from the field.
- Deploy vehicles according to route plans and operational requirements.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Load and unload batteries and equipment safely.
- Use mobile apps and navigation tools to complete assigned tasks.
- Work closely with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Comfortable driving vans in and around London.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow route plans.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting batteries and moving bikes/scooters.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to work shifts, including weekends if required.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or operations is an advantage but not essential.
