Retail & Workshop Team Members - Full Time & Part Time positions available
Location: Olivia’s Haven,Stone Row, Coleraine
We have an amazing opportunity to join Olivia's Haven as a Team Member in our Coleraine HQ, with Full-Time and Part-Times roles now available! If you have a passion for customer service and for creating beautiful products in a hands-on, creative environment, this role is perfect for you!
We're looking for people who:
- Have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Are passionate about providing a Scentsational experience to every customer
- Love home fragrance (especially Olivia's Haven!)
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer facing or manufacturing role
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, offering friendly, helpful advice to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and recommend products based on customer preferences.
- Processing, packing and fulfilment of online orders placed across a variety of sales channels.
- Support the production and fulfilment teams in the hand-pouring, finishing, boxing and labelling of home fragrance products under the supervision of the Workshop Manager.
- Assist with product displays and store layout to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, card, and gift card payments.
- Ensure the retail store and workshops are kept clean, tidy, and well-organised.
- Assist with the running of in-store workshops and events.
