- Creating tailored, differentiated lesson plans that stretch high-attaining pupils while supporting those who need extra guidance.
- Fostering critical thinking, data analysis, and investigative skills through safe, rigorous practical experimentation.
- Contributing to the school’s vibrant co-curricular program by leading STEM initiatives, science clubs, or mentoring students through external competitions like the CREST awards.

The Ideal Candidate
