Our client is currently recruiting General Operatives within Traffic Management to join their team. This role offers a stable & long term opportunity within the infrastructure and highways sector, with training and long-term career prospects available.
Role Overview
As a Traffic Management Operative, you will support the safe and effective management of traffic across highways and work sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and maintaining traffic management systems
- Assisting with traffic control during roadworks, infrastructure projects and events
- Ensuring safety procedures and site standards are followed
- Working collaboratively with team members and site personnel
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Full UK driving licence (Max 6 Points)
- Ability to work the shift patterns listed
Shift Patterns
Flexible shift patterns are available and may include day and night work.
Available patterns include:
- 12 days on / 2 days off
- 6 days on / 1 day off
