We’re recruiting a Trainee Sales Assistant to join our growing Edinburgh team. This is a full-time, customer-facing position supporting campaigns across a variety of clients and sectors. Every campaign is different, which means no repetitive routines and plenty of opportunity to develop real-world skills.
The Role
As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you’ll support promotional sales activity and represent clients in a professional and engaging way. You’ll work closely with team leaders while learning the fundamentals of sales, communication, and customer interaction.
Daily tasks may include:
- Engaging with customers and introducing products or services
- Representing client brands confidently and professionally
- Supporting sales activity during live campaigns
- Working alongside your team to achieve campaign goals
- Assisting with setup, organisation, and breakdown of campaigns
- Learning sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- Developing confidence and taking on increased responsibility over time
