Duties

- Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of meals.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold high standards of food presentation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Previous experience in meal preparation and culinary techniques.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
