Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle presentation. Duties
- Clean and valet vehicles both inside and out using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Conduct thorough washing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning of vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles are presented to the highest standards before delivery or customer collection
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including janitorial duties as required
- Assist customers in a courteous manner, providing excellent customer service throughout the process
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises or to designated locations as needed
- Perform routine checks on vehicles for any damages or issues and report accordingly
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial or vehicle cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Driving experience is essential, with a valid driving licence required to operate company vehicles safely
- Customer service experience is highly desirable to ensure positive interactions with clients
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work is essential for success in this role
