Summary
We are seeking kitchen porters to join our respected team at the prestigious British Open at Royal Birkdale. This role is based at Royal Birkdale golf club near Liverpool, we are advertising in Scotland as we have accommodation available close to site with us for the week, and we are able to cover travel costs. and we are looking for hard working individuals with personality to join our team. We have dates ranging from as long as days 11 onsite but also are looking for people who can assist us for 1 week.
Responsibilities
- Washing up of kitchen equipment and crockery.
- Assist with kitchen cleanliness to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Ensure the kitchen area is organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Help with setting up and building remote kitchen prior to the event.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the event by providing reliable support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Be able to be on your feet for a long period of time.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities during events.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
