About the Role:
To successfully deliver Transition activity in accordance with the governance and control framework, with strong adherence to the ethos of protecting outcomes to customers
To operate to the compliance and governance standards for this Company and demonstrate strong control related behaviours for all areas under management.
To lead teams to deliver a quality Customer Services offering; front office contact centre and back office processing of monies in and out and general servicing.
To deliver a service that is cost efficient, with optimum use of resources available

Essential Skills:
Ability to negotiate, problem solve and influence to achieve results
Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience of cross team working
Strong planning and organisational skills
Strong operational leadership evidencing delivery through others
Proven experience in building strong working relationships

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
