Job SumThe Beal Group is looking for a commercially driven Commercial Business Manager to grow our Modular Buildings and Transport Solutions divisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both winning new business and developing existing customer relationships. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth across a diverse product portfolio.
What You'll Do
✔ Win new business and develop strategic customer relationships
✔ Manage and grow existing accounts
✔ Generate and convert sales opportunities
✔ Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial solutions
✔ Represent The Beal Group at customer meetings and industry events
✔ Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer delivery
What We're Looking For
✔ Proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
✔ Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
✔ Self-motivated, commercially focused, and results-driven
✔ Experience in manufacturing, construction, modular, transport, or related sectors is advantageousmary
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
