*Overview*
We are currently seeking a Domestic Assistant to do 2 x 7 hour shifts, to join our team at Hylands House Care Home, in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our Care Home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform domestic cleaning tasks in various areas of the premises, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Handling waste disposal following proper procedures.
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas
- Assisting with laundry duties as required
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
*Skills*
- Experience in hospital or commercial cleaning is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills to liaise with other staff members
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
