Musgrove Willows is growing, and we are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our friendly team of coffin weavers. No previous experience in willow weaving is required — we provide full training.
This is a physically active role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives as part of a supportive team.
What the role involves:
- Weaving handcrafted willow coffins
- Working on your feet for extended periods
- Manual handling and physical tasks
- Maintaining high quality standards
- Working as part of a focused and supportive production team
- Opportunities to work on additional projects as further skills are developed

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday
7:45am – 6:00pm (with regular breaks)
45 hours per week
Pay & Progression:
Starting rate: Adult National Minimum Wage
Following successful completion of training, there are opportunities for pay progression based on performance, skill development, and contribution to the team.
