About the Role
Speakeasy Therapy is a well-established independent therapy service in the East Midlands. We are expanding our team and are looking for a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join us in the Newark area.
This role is flexible and adaptable to the right candidate, offering opportunities for clinical development, leadership, and service innovation. You’ll work across schools, specialist provisions, local authorities, and family settings, delivering high-quality, child-centred therapy.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and support staff, in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to children and young people
- Contribute to assessment, planning, and intervention across a range of settings
- Work collaboratively with families, teachers, and other professionals
- Support service development and innovative therapy approaches
- Provide leadership or supervision (depending on experience and banding)

About You
Essential:
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC and RCSLT registration
- Experience working with children and young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Interest or experience in neurodevelopmental assessments
- Experience across education or specialist settings
- Interest in leadership or service development
