Complexus Care is seeking dedicated Female Rehabilitation Assistants to join a brand-new support team, providing bespoke person-centred care that truly empowers independence.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a lady living in Cambridgeshire with her Husband and children:
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Ci Pap
- Nebuliser
- Asthma
- PTSD
You will support with:
- Daily assistance including independence, personal care and transportation
- Maintaining an active lifestyle – an interest in cooking, baking, outdoor activities, music and day trips with her family.
- Support with a household pet dog and outdoor chickens where needed.
Shift Patterns
- Weekdays: 07:00 - 19.00 at £16.50 per hour
- Weekends: 07:00 - 19.00 at £17.50 per hour
What We’re Looking For
We want people who are:
- Trustworthy, reliable, and compassionate
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident, adaptable, and proactive in different situations
- Respectful of the client’s needs and keen to promote independence
- Previous experience in spinal cord Injuries is preferred
- Comfortable around children and pets
- Encouraging
- Driving Licence is required
Experience in spinal cord injuries and rehabilitation is desired but not essential – full training will be provided. Being registered on the DBS Update Service is an advantage.
