Job Title: Junior Electrical Project Manager
Location: Warrington
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a Junior Electrical Project Manager to join a nationwide M&E contractor working across large-scale commercial and high-rise residential projects up to £10m.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone recently out of university or who has completed their electrical apprenticeship and is looking to take their first step into project management. You’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced Project Managers on complex, fast-paced building services projects with clear progression into a full Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of electrical packages on commercial and high-rise residential projects
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and programme tracking
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and senior PMs
- Attend site meetings and support client communication
- Help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Gain exposure to full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
Requirements:
- Electrical background (apprenticeship or degree in Electrical/Building Services)
- Strong interest in progressing into Project Management
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within a structured environment
- Ideally some exposure to M&E or construction projects
