About the role
We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our brand new branch in Wynyard. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills who wants to work in a busy and varied role, providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the site van on a daily basis, completing customer deliveries as required so will therefore need a full UK driving licence.
Providing support, working across the outside yard area and busy warehouse, the ideal candidate will have previous warehousing experience, ideally from a merchant background. You should be confident dealing with large volumes of deliveries and stock movement, and you will ideally have a fork lift truck licence, although full training can be provided.
Providing cover as a relief driver, you will hold a Class 2 HGV licence with CPC and ideally have experience in multi drop deliveries and crane off-loading. We are also interested to hear from candidates who would be interested in gaining their HGV licence as full training can be provided.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30am to 5.00pm plus alternate Saturdays 08.00am to 12.00pm.
