The Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, the successful candidate will:
- Manage a personal caseload of residential property transactions.
- Handle freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership files, tailored to level of expertise.
- Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong introducer relationships.
- Progress matters efficiently using modern case management technology.
- Participate in a structured induction and ongoing training programme.
The Person
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years’ conveyancing experience, managing their own files.
- Be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
- Possess excellent communication and client service skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Be motivated to work in a remote, flexible role with clear targets and progression.
