Working Hours - Monday to Wednesday 3.30pm – 1.30am and Thursday 3.30pm – 1am. (37.5 hours per week)
*Shift bonus* Pay Rate for Production Operator/Machine Operator
- Starting rate: £13 per hour starting rate, plus 13% shift bonus = £14.69
- Pay scale increase on completion of 6 months and 1 year
- Weekly Paid, Permanent Contract

Main Duties and Responsibilities for Production Operator/Machine Operator
- Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process (building, sawing, prepping, packing, cutting, staining, dispatching, operating machinery, cleaning as and when required by management)
- Working in a fast-paced environment to ensure targets are met regarding quality and efficiency
Essential Criteria for Production Operator/Machine Operator
- Excellent track record of time keeping and attendance
- Legal entitlement to live and work in UK
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written
- Ability to stand for long periods and good level of physical fitness
Desirable Criteria for Production Operator/Machine Operator
- Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets
- Experience of using hand tools
