Willowbrook Lytham is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team as a Care Supervisor. You will receive a thorough induction and training and mentored by the Registered Manager. Opportunity for formal qualifications and progression. Job specification:
- Visit nominated adult clients, at times directed by care coordinators and management.
- Provide personal care to clients.
- Provide medication, meals/drinks, repositioning and domestic support to clients.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
- Complete reviews of client needs and ensure care plan is up to date.
- To liaise with the Registered Manager and Care Plan lead with regards to Client care plans and risk assessments to ensure care is provided safely and in line with Client need.
- To assist the coordinator to ensure that rostering is carried out efficiently enabling the Cares to spend the allocated time with each Client and allow for travel time.
- Complete support visits, competencies and provide in the field support.
- Ensure any changes to Client’s or Carer’s needs and availability is communicated to all relevant parties quickly and effectively. Ensure all changes are recorded as per procedures.
- Fully comply with Company policies, procedures and approved practice, and promote the aims of the Company.
- Participate in induction training and regular in-service training programmes, as directed by managers or supervisors.
