⭐ About the home:
This welcoming 4x bedded residential home supports young people aged 12-18 with learning disabilities including ASD, ADHD, and GDD. The home currently cares for four boys aged between 13 and 16, all of whom are settled within the service and maintain strong attendance within both mainstream and SEN education settings.
The young people enjoy active and fulfilling lifestyles, regularly spending time at theme parks, going on bike rides, and taking part in football, tennis, and basketball activities. The service is supported by a highly experienced and well-established staff team, including a long-standing Service Manager, 4 Senior Residential Support Workers, and 4 Residential Support Workers.
The home also benefits from the regular involvement of an Art Therapist and Clinical Psychologist, helping to ensure young people receive holistic and therapeutic support tailored to their individual needs.
Shifts:
- 39 hours per week
- 08:00 - 23:00 / 08:00 - 15:00 / 14:00 - 23:00
- 1-2 sleep-ins per week paid at £62.50 each
What I'm looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years working within Residential Childcare
- Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License
