Since October 2020 we have been working a 36 hour – 4-day week, Monday to Thursday with no reduction to salaries.
The 4-day week is considered by many to be the future of work. We believe it has increased productivity, engagement, job satisfaction, work-life balance and that our employee’s wellbeing has never been better.
It’s also good for the environment.
- Having more free time allows us to make environmentally positive choices, cycling and walking instead of driving, cooking with fresh ingredients rather than buying energy-intensive ready meals.
- We have a reduced carbon footprint – Research has shown that a four-day week reduces carbon emissions from electricity production by up to 24%.
We have a one-week induction period, where you will receive face to face training and mentoring in Norwich. After successful completion you will be given the necessary equipment and tools to work from home. We have briefings with the whole team each morning via Microsoft teams, regular team chats and check ins so you feel part of the team.
We pay a guaranteed basic salary and a monthly sales bonus which should easily see you making a minimum of £29,000 in your first year.
- Starting basic salary £24,000 (£12.82 per hour)
