We are a specialist renewable heating systems company and are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team to assist with general office duties and knowledge of accounts/book-keeping.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting with general office duties.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers.
- Organising appointments where necessary.
- Continuously improving all aspects of activities.
- Meet output deadlines, ensure proper planning and correct follow up procedures.
- Ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Updating database, maintaining logs and spreadsheets.
- Data-entry.
Knowledge and Experience
- Strong work ethic, morals and integrity.
- Work well under pressure.
- Strong management and organisation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with all office packages and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and decision making skills.
Qualifications
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Administrative experience with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Accuracy for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Previous office experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of data entry, clerical tasks, and basic accounting principles.
- Advanced experience in accountancy an advantage.
