Aspire Offshore places dedicated, full time offshore admin and accounting staff with UK SMEs. The product solves a real problem for UK businesses — salaries have got out of hand, and hiring is harder than ever. We give them a way to build their team properly, without the cost.
Our existing field sales people are booking 1-2 discovery calls per day walking into admin-heavy UK businesses (accountancy practices, professional services, property, and construction firms) — typically in 3-4 hours on the ground. We're looking for more experienced field sales people to do the same.
Realistic Earnings:
— £70,000+ Year 1
— £120,000+ Year 2 (as the recurring book builds)
— Upfront payment when each new client placement goes live, plus ongoing monthly recurring commission on every active seat
— Uncapped commission
What you'll be doing:
— Walking into admin-heavy UK businesses and getting in front of decision-makers
— Running discovery calls and managing the full sales cycle
— Closing UK SMEs onto dedicated offshore staffing
— Building a recurring book of business that pays you month after month
What we're looking for:
— Proven field sales track record
— Comfortable opening cold doors and getting to decision-makers
— Self-motivated, comfortable without hand-holding
— Strong closer with experience of longer sales cycles
— Serious about commission only earnings
