Full Time, Permanent
Package: £25,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Location: Smollan Head Office - RG41 5TP (Onsite)
Smollan are on the lookout for a focused, detail-oriented Reporting Executive to join our Data & Insight team. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of field surveys and business reporting, helping us provide accurate and actionable insights that support decision-making across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing field sales surveys to enable efficient and effective field operations
Delivering customer and internal reporting on time and to agreed standards
Supporting our day-to-day operational reporting processes
Driving reporting best practices and supporting improvements across the business

A passion for working with data and uncovering insights
Strong organisational skills and a focus on meeting deadlines
Confidence in communicating with various teams and stakeholders
