Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitter to join our growing team at Vanstyle. In this hands‑on role, you will be responsible for fitting a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories purchased from Vanstyle onto customer vehicles at our on‑site workshop. Using your technical experience and attention to detail, you will ensure all installations are completed to a high standard and that every vehicle is thoroughly inspected before being returned to the customer.
You will also play a key part in the development of new products by assisting with test fitting, providing feedback, and collaborating with our internal team and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Fitting Parts & Accessories — Install a variety of parts and accessories to customer vehicles with precision and care.
- Test Fitting Samples — Fit and evaluate product samples to support new product development.
- Product Development Collaboration — Work with the team to refine new accessories and installation methods.
- Instruction Development — Assist in creating clear installation instructions for new products.
- Wheel & Tyre Assembly — Build, check, and balance wheels and tyres.
- Workshop Maintenance — Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Consumables & Servicing Reporting — Notify your line manager of consumable needs or servicing requirements for major equipment.
- General Duties — Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by your line manager.

- Experience in mechanical fitting or a similar hands‑on automotive role
- Strong practical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills for providing verbal and occasional written feedback
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and workshop safety

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
